Nestled in the quiet rural community of Logtown, three miles south of the historic town of El Dorado, California, Star Fusion Ranch rests on 2.2 gently sloping acres adorned with oaks, buckeyes, ponderosa pines, and mossy granite boulders. This peaceful land offers sanctuary to deer, wild turkeys, quail, and countless songbirds, along with the occasional curious raccoon or shy skunk.
Here, nature sets the rhythm. Sunlight filters through branches, breezes whisper across the ridgeline, and each day invites a slower pace — a soft return to balance and belonging.
Look To The East
Our mid-century modern ranch home, built in 1974, sits on an eastern-facing ridge overlooking more than fifty miles of rolling foothills that stretch to the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada.
From this perch, spectacular sunrises greet each day with light and stillness, while an open sky invites both mind and spirit to expand.
Here, the rhythms of the passing hours, day and night, weather and seasons paint an ever-changing canvas of color and mood — an endless invitation to awe, reflection, and imagination.
Though rural and tranquil, Logtown is a living neighborhood, sometimes accented by the passing hum of a vehicle, the bark of a dog, the clucking of chickens, or the buzz of a lawnmower. Yet the true calm of this place lies beyond sight and sound — it emanates from the land itself, a subtle, sacred energy that welcomes every visitor into presence and belonging.

Many of our workshops and activities take place within the comfort of the house, while others unfold beneath the open sky. Guests are invited to explore both still and moving meditations, finding harmony between quiet reflection and joyful expression.

The Caretakers
We are Mary and Chris, partners in life and spirit since 2023, and devoted caretakers of this land we consider sacred. More than homeowners, we feel called to nurture the harmony that already lives here — to tend both the earth and the experiences shared upon it.
